Our mobile banking application can be downloaded to your Android and iOS devices and works with any Internet connection. It is free to use and does not require any additional payment. You can check your account balance, make transfers between accounts, pay bills, buy a prepaid card and much more.

It is possible to check your account balance using the online banking application, but we strongly recommend that you use the mobile version. It is much more convenient and easy to use.

The Raiffeisen bankovnictví application allows you to do many things. Among other things, you can:

How to use the application?

To use the application, you need to create a login and a password. The login is necessary for you to log in to the application. The password is for authorizing payments and other operations.

QUICK AND SECURE LOGIN

During activation, set your own S-PIN, which you will use to log in and authorize all payments and transactions. Simply log in and confirm payments up to 5000 CZK using a fingerprint.

On the main page, you will find a basic overview and information about all your products and services.

ENDLESS TRANSACTION HISTORY

All payments and card transactions can be found in your transaction history immediately after they are made. For better orientation, most entries include the merchant's logo and are categorized.

SIMPLE DOMESTIC PAYMENTS

No need to fill out complex forms. Select the recipient from a list of the most common ones. Or use a QR code for easier payment parameter input. You can transfer funds between your own accounts by tapping and dragging one account to another on the main page.

TRACK WHAT YOU SPEND THE MOST ON

We automatically assign categories not only to card transactions. You can view a complete breakdown of expenditures in different categories for a given month in an easy-to-read graph.

Is mobile banking secure?

Certainly. Our mobile banking uses the highest level of malware security as well as detection of malicious applications on your device. New activations are confirmed by RB klíč or a SMS code. S-PIN or biometric authentication is used every time you sign in or confirm an operation.

How do I get my mobile banking?

Simply download and install the “Raiffeisen bankovnictví” application on your smartphone.

How do I activate the mobile banking?

You can activate the first mobile banking app at any of our branches.

If you already have mobile banking activated on one device, you can activate it on another device using the existing app in Menu - Settings - Device management.

What operations can be done in mobile banking?

Raiffeisen Mobilní bankovnictví lets you handle most banking operations. The common ones, such as checking your account balance, placing payments, managing and setting up your products or taking out new products and services, are a matter of course.

What should I do if I lose my mobile banking phone?

Call our client line at +420 412 446 402 or stop by at any of our branch offices. Our operator or banker will cancel the activation of the lost device with you.

What should I do if I forget my S-PIN?

You have 5 attempts to enter the S-PIN correctly when signing in. With the fifth incorrect attempt, the activation on the device is canceled for security reasons. You can then activate the device again and set up a new S-PIN.
