Rav-Kav is a smart card used for payments in the Israeli public transportation system. As of February 2020, you can no longer pay cash on board for your bus rides. However, using this app, you can top up your card from any mobile phone with NFC support.
You can choose to top up your card with credit value, a daily pass, weekly pass, 30-day pass, or monthly pass, and pay with any major credit and debit cards. Contracts sold on this app are valid for train rides in Israel and with the following bus service operators: Dan, Egged, Metropoline, Kavim, Superbus, Afikim, and more.
Scan the Rav-Kav card in the app to find your current balance and ride history. If you don’t have NFC, no problem! Pay for your bus rides directly from your phone using the new Rav-Pass service.
