How can I report inappropriate behavior on the app?

You can report users for inappropriate behavior by opening their Profile, tapping the "!" icon, and tapping Report.

Please note that you can hide comments etc. from a user by blocking them, but then you will be unable to report them within the app from their profile screen.

Your report will be investigated, and the user may be warned or have their account suspended.

Can I recover my account if I mistakenly closed it?

If your account was closed within the last 30 days, you can log in with the same account info to recover it.

Once an account is closed, the account data is fully deleted after 30 days.

How can I earn points?

Points could be earned through "viewing bonuses, event benefits, campaign benefits," etc.

They were abolished on February 26, 2024, at 17:00 (JST), and it is no longer possible to earn or use points.

    I thought I'd try the app again, but now I'm facing the same issue with people adding me to inappropriate chats. Also, there seems to be a glitch in the app where the mouth moves even when I'm not talking. I've tried restarting the app, my phone, and clearing the cache, but nothing has helped. I usually use this app to make TikTok videos in my free time, so it's frustrating that it's not functioning correctly.

    This app looks promising but a few things could be improved. It would be great to have better body tracking for characters, like hand movements. Also, more customization options that don't require payment. And it would be nice to have alternative currency options, like converting points to coins.

    Playing with it is a lot of fun, but it definitely needs some adjustments. Many streams are just chatting because of technical issues. The tracking is not very reliable and only works for your face. It would be better if it could track your whole body. It would also be great to have a screen sharing feature for gaming streams or to show your viewers what you're up to. Besides those points, it's enjoyable.

    I've had this app for a while. My best friend and I usually go live every night, but today we got logged out and couldn't log back in due to an error. I'm not sure if anyone else had the same issue, but it's a great app to make friends. I just hope they fix the bug soon. Any feedback would be appreciated:))

    Lately, there's this problem where I can't do broadcasts. When I try to start one, it freezes and then crashes right away. The broadcast keeps running in the background, but every time I try to access it, the app crashes again. I've attempted all the suggestions provided within the app to fix it, but none of them have helped. Everything else in the app is working fine. Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Sometimes, if you try to change the stream you're watching on the app, it suddenly crashes and displays a message saying there's an issue that needs to be fixed by the developer. I've attempted various solutions like clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, but none have worked. I own a Samsung Galaxy S21 and I'm looking forward to seeing this problem resolved soon.

    I found this app to be the best so far. Everything works great, and the controls are easy to use. I have a suggestion though. It would be awesome if you could add a screen sharing feature between devices. I enjoy streaming and playing games, so adding this feature would really make me happy.

    Really enjoying this app! It's so fun and simple to navigate. The only problem I've encountered is that it's all in Japanese and I can't seem to switch it to English. It can get confusing when you can't understand what's on the screen. Additionally, it would be great to have more opportunities to earn coins and gacha tickets.

    I rated the game 4 stars because there was a bug on February 9th, 2021. One bug I encountered during a stream collaboration was not being able to see my club friends. Another bug was having to press YouTube video selections twice as the first press did not work properly. There was also an issue with double microphone sound.
