realme Store - Shop realme products

On February 26th, I bought three things. When I received them, I noticed that one Realme earbud wasn't working well and the microphone didn't work properly during calls. I tried to return it through the app but couldn't find the option. I reached out to Realme support, and they asked me to email them about the issue. After explaining everything via email, they just replied with "please visit the nearest service center." The nearest service center is about 6.5km away from my place. Not happy with Realme's service at all! 👎🏼👎

I really like using realme because it gives me lots of useful information and offers a wide selection of options at great prices. It's user-friendly and has so many different things to choose from.

A lot of problems have come up since the recent system update. The camera quality has decreased, the phone gets really hot after some time, and the battery drains super fast. Plus, it takes forever to charge. Even the VOOC charging is slow. I regret buying the Realme XT with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.

Don't buy anything directly from that store, their service is terrible. I ordered a realme pad and got a damaged one. I tried contacting them multiple times but no response. The service center nearby is closed too. If you have time to waste, then go for it. But if you need a realme product, better buy from Flipkart or Amazon.

When you make an order, it's hard to know where it is. If you need a refund, you have to contact them to get the transaction ID, but getting through is tough. The refund details are not available on the app, so you just have to trust that they processed it. It's frustrating dealing with this company and their unhelpful methods.

The service was really bad and super cheap. They don't give the deals they promise. I haven't received the cashback for buying a realme x smartphone. One of their staff members said I can't get the cashback without explaining why.
