Accessing the App

Once the app is installed, access it by selecting the Realtor.com® pro app icon.

First-Time Login

Use the same email address and password that you use to access your realtor.com® professional dashboard. Once you've signed in you will stay signed in unless you sign out, or the app is reinstalled.

Dashboard Notifications Settings

Once you have successfully logged into the app, the dashboard will display the device that it is connected to in the Settings > Notifications area. The device can also be disconnected from here.

App Notifications

Mobile app push notifications can be enabled or disabled in the Settings > Notifications area of the dashboard.

Contact/Lead Information:

If a lead notification is opened, or a contact is accessed from within the app, the following screen will be displayed. Scrolling down shows lead info and details.

Contact Timeline

For Connections Plus users, your activities will be logged in the contact’s timeline view. This includes text messages sent from the app and text responses from your contact, emails from external email clients can be integrated with the dashboard and automatically tracked under the contact’s timeline, and tasks that have been completed such as to-do’s and showings.
