1. How can I purchase RealVNC® Connect?

If you’re purchasing a subscription to our Essentials, Plus, or Premium plans then you can pay via credit card, debit card, or using PayPal. If you want to pay via an electronic bank transfer, please contact us.

2. How long are your plan subscriptions? Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Our subscriptions are 12-months long, renewing annually.

If you need to upgrade your plan or increase the number of users or managed devices on your account during your subscription, you can easily make the changes to your account while logged into the RealVNC Connect Portal on your web browser.

3. How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for a trial, you have 14 days to try out a customized ‘trial version’ of our Premium Plan. During the trial, you have access to the inclusive features on the Premium Plan and the ability to add as many users as you like and up to 10 managed devices (i.e. remote devices with RealVNC Server registered on them).

4. What happens after the trial ends?

After your 14-day trial ends, your Trial Team becomes inactive. At this point, you can convert your trial Team (with any users and devices you’ve set up) into an active Team by purchasing a subscription to one of our plans.

You can choose to create an entirely new Team from scratch, if you prefer. In this case your Trial team will remain inactive on your account alongside your active Team.
