Yes, it is possible to cancel the ticket online by entering the "cancellation" option on our platform. Keep in mind that not all transport companies allow redBus cancellation. We recommend that before making the purchase you can validate the reservation policies when searching for the bus company and the schedule that best suits you.

Can I change the date and time of my bus ticket?

You can request the change with the same bus company. Please, keep in mind that we as redBus do not make changes and/or reschedules, since the changes are made at the discretion of the company.

I missed the bus. Do you give me a refund?

No, in case of missing the bus a refund is not possible and the ticket is lost. Any change or modification is prior to shipment, depending on the policies of each transport company.

How long can it take for my ticket to be refunded?

redBus acts quickly to manage the cancellation of your ticket. But in the case of payments with credit and debit cards, there could be delays of between 3 and 20 business days in being reflected in the movements of your card, due to the delays and processes of the banking entities.

In the case of payments with PagoEfectivo, transfers can be seen reflected in your account between 3 and 15 business days after sending your bank details.

How much do the trips cost?

The prices vary by several factors, including the route, transport company and type of service chosen. On the home page www.redbus.co or in the App, enter the place of departure, the destination and the date of travel you want and all the bus companies, schedules, routes and rates available will be displayed for you to choose from.

    I tried the Red Bus app, and it was really disappointing. When I wanted to cancel a ticket, the options were not good, and the app kept showing errors. After a lot of effort, I contacted customer service, and they said they would help. It's been two days now, but still no refund.

    The app is terrible. I attempted to change my ticket, but the redbus app said that the rescheduling didn't work. However, when I contacted the bus operator directly, the rescheduling was successful, which I didn't know about. I only have access to the redbus app, where it still shows the original date. When I tried to get on the bus, the operator refused to let me board, claiming my ticket had been canceled. When I contacted redbus customer support, their solutions were unhelpful. They told me to travel the next day and that I wouldn't receive a refund.

    Their customer service is no help at all. I tried to cancel my booking by calling them multiple times. I was put on hold for over an hour, got cut off several times, and didn't get any information about the refund mentioned on the ticket. I even emailed their customer service, but haven't heard back yet.

    My first experience was terrible. I booked a bus through the redbus app for a bus scheduled to depart at 00:40 AM. I arrived at the boarding point 20 minutes early, but the bus never showed up. They canceled my ticket without notifying me beforehand. I tried calling the bus driver's number provided on the app, but it was unreachable. Even the red bus customer care number was unreachable. I was stranded in the middle of the night on the highway with no transportation options. I advise against using this app.

    It's awesome to travel and reserve seats through Red Bus. Everything about the service is fantastic! However, there is some room for improvement. The live tracking feature is not very accurate and needs to be more up-to-date. In this age of the internet and AI, this issue shouldn't exist, but I believe that the Red Bus team can definitely address it. Additionally, it would be nice if Red Bus offered some coupons and rewards. Overall, the service is good. Thank you!

    There's this amazing app where you can book pretty much anything you want. It's super easy to use and gives you way better deals than the actual websites of transport companies. I totally suggest it, especially for booking buses and trains.

    The app works fine, but the keyboard keeps closing when I try to enter the OTP for payment. It's a bit annoying as I have to be really fast. Also, I never receive any discounts on my rides. The prices are always the same, no special offers or payment deals.
