Once upon a time, the app worked perfectly fine until one day when I couldn't login anymore. I tried everything - uninstalling the app, turning off my phone, reinstalling the app - but nothing worked. I was stuck and couldn't even access the help menu. But then, regions reached out to me and fixed the app with the necessary updates. Now, everything is back to normal and working smoothly. I'm so happy with the fix that I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share an update with you. So, recently, I've been feeling a bit frustrated because every time I try to log in, I have to enter my password twice. And by the second time, I usually just give up because I don't want to risk getting locked out. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and my Regions app is all up to date. Last week, I had the same issue, so I thought maybe deleting and reinstalling the app would help. But honestly, I feel a bit uneasy about all the permissions it asks for. Also, another thing - back on May 14, 2018, when I enter my login details and hit the login button, absolutely nothing happens sometimes. Not even that little circle that usually shows it's working on something. It's pretty frustrating, so please, can someone look into fixing this? I really appreciate it. Thank you all!

It used to be good, but after the updates, things got annoying. Now, every time I log in, I have to verify who I am. Sometimes, when I try to move money from one account to another, it won't let me even though there's enough money. It keeps forgetting my login information, even though I told it to remember. It's so frustrating that I want to change banks. And now, it says I need to update to access my account, but there's no update.

Mobile deposit has become a hassle for me. I used to do it without any problems and have done it multiple times. But now, no matter how often I try to take a picture, I keep getting various error codes, saying that the picture is either poorly lit or blurry. I have attempted various dark backgrounds and lighting setups, but nothing seems to work. After reading other people's reviews, it appears that I am not alone in facing this issue. I have always been a fan of Regions, but this situation is quite frustrating. I really hope they resolve this problem soon.

Oh no, this new update is just terrible! It's so slow and awkward compared to how it used to be. It's hard to figure out and it takes forever to get to the lock-it feature. And it's been more than a year now, but things haven't improved at all. I've had my credit card details stolen before, so I really relied on the lock-it function. But now, it's buried deep in several menus, and logging in feels even slower than before. And it's not just my phone or carrier – it's the same problem with different devices and internet connections. I usually like Regions bank, but this app is just not cutting it for me.
