Retro World is a platform game with 2D pixel art style graphics for Android devices clearly inspired by the games of the Mario Bros. saga for Super Nintendo. Picking up the essence of the classic titles, uour mission is to explore a multicolored world in search of the stolen magic crystals.

The mechanics do not hold too many surprises for gamers who enjoyed titles like Super Mario World on their SNES. In fact, the references are very obvious. The backgrounds, the pipes, the mushrooms, the main character's costume... Everything is designed to appeal to our nostalgic side. The thing is that here, instead of turtles, there are snails. And instead of throwing fireballs, we'll be throwing rocks.

To advance, you have direction and jump buttons, as well as action buttons that are activated when you have certain items or are next to elements with which you can interact. With these ingredients, you must go through nine worlds (plus two other secret ones) while solving puzzles, jumping, getting through pipes, killing monsters, and enjoying a retro soundtrack. It's perfect for reliving old (and better) times.
