Gain access to the largest collection of Bible study video resources through the RightNow Media app. You can stream content tailored for small groups, discover children's programs, and download useful guides for leaders, all accessible anytime and from anywhere.

This service is complimentary for those with a RightNow Media subscription provided by their organization.

How do I manage my email preferences?

You have full control over the emails you receive from RightNow Media! With our Email Preferences feature, you can choose to subscribe to certain emails, receive all emails, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails. This allows us to personalize your experience based on your interests. Any changes you make will take effect within a couple of business days.

Follow these steps to customize your email subscriptions:

Log in to your RightNow Media Account.

Click on your Profile picture in the top right corner and choose “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.

On the My Profile page, select “Email Preferences” from the left-hand menu.

You will see a list of available email options.

Use the checkboxes to opt in or out of specific emails.

Once you've made your selections, click “Update My Preferences” at the bottom of the list. A confirmation message will appear in a green pop-up.

To unsubscribe from all marketing emails, click the “Unsubscribe From All” button at the bottom of the page. A green pop-up will confirm the change.

Important Notes:

You will still receive account-related emails, such as receipts and event registration confirmations.

If you’ve unsubscribed, the button will change to “Resubscribe”. Click it to start receiving emails again—a green pop-up will confirm the update.
