Rite Aid Pharmacy - Refill & Manage Prescriptions

I've been using this app for a long time and the pharmacy section has never worked properly despite numerous updates. There's always been an error when trying to access that part of the app. But now, I can't even change the pharmacy from the last one where my prescription was filled, which happened when I was away. I choose My Store, then click on Change Store, but there's no option to select a different one. And if you try to refill the prescription the correct way, the store and pickup times are not displayed.

This app is horrible. It's so slow and always has errors. The prescription status feature has never even worked for me. The pharmacies and SMS system are not connected to the app, so it's just useless. Notifications don't work either. I see that others also have problems with this app. I've tried everything - uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, clearing cache - but it still gets stuck on the animation and shows an error before I can log in.

So, I am having this issue where I can no longer pay online through the store's text link. Before, I would receive the link and it would take me directly to the payment window before going to the store. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I even contacted customer service. I also cleared my cache. But still, when I click on the link, I am unable to prepay. I really like this feature, but sadly I haven't been able to use it since May 2023.

So, I've been using this app for years, right? Everything was going fine until recently, it turned into a nightmare. So, every time I login and go to the pharmacy section to check out my items, there's this mixing bowl that suddenly pops up on the screen. It's like a glitch because it just freezes the whole app, making it impossible to see my items or their prices properly. I have to keep force closing the app, reinstalling it again and again, but the problem persists. They should just get rid of this unnecessary mixing bowl and stop messing around with so-called "improvements" that have now made the app unbearable to use.

The app always has issues. It's a struggle to use. I can't even log in properly. And once I do, it doesn't respond to my touch commands. On Friday, September 16, 2022, the app completely freezes as soon as I open it. And on Thursday, October 20, 2022, the app is still problematic. It keeps freezing and then unfreezing. Even when something does work, it's not very helpful. And those automated scripts don't solve much. When I try to pick up my prescriptions, they're not ready. I asked about COVID test kits but never got an answer.

I have a lot of appreciation for Rite Aid stores, but I must say their app is really in bad shape. It's just so unreliable and feels very erratic when using it. It's quite jumpy and really puts me off. Additionally, the layout seems to be all wrong with the shopping cart always taking up space on the right side of the page, leaving me with only half the screen to look for what I need. Whenever I try to go back, it throws me straight back to the login page, which is super frustrating. The website isn't any better, making the whole shopping process drawn out and hard to complete. To the folks running Rite Aid, I think it's high time you bring in some new talent for your web and app design teams.

I used this app for years, but it never worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and checked all the settings, but it never showed that my medication was ready or available for refill. It's frustrating not being able to check on my meds. Several months later, it's still not working. It's not my phone settings. Right now, I've been waiting since last night to call at 9 am to see if my important medication has been sent. This has been going on for years and it's frustrating.

Oh, it's so frustrating to have such a terrible app for one of the best online stores. Every time I try to use it, I keep getting error messages, and it drives me crazy. It's not even worth going to this site anymore. I follow all the instructions and keep trying to clear my cache, but I still can't seem to get it to work! I really wish someone would fix this issue because they have such amazing deals that I don't want to miss out on.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how frustrating this app is! All I want to do is update the email linked to my receipt preferences when I shop, but I just can't figure out how to change it. The email I use to login isn't even the one showing up for receipts. And get this, the only settings you can adjust are for remembering me and using biometrics. How crazy is that? The one spot where my email is correct is the one place I can't update it. Why on Earth does it have to be so complicated just to receive an electronic receipt with the right email address? So annoying!
