Please add BPDB prepaid as well .. and also try to update all the bills regularly. I couldn't pay my last two months wasa bill through this app.Newly added complain option is actually useless, never working.Other than that it was a good update. The UI is much better now. Oh, I forgot to mention there should be some other option available to contact support rather than just calling. Such as Messenger, email, or live chat because the calling rate on such numbers is just too high .

Such a nice app!! I have been using this app for a long time. You can send money to bank account, mobile recharge, e-commerce, bill payment, e-toll, balance inquiry, get mini statement and so on through the app.

Got an UX issue that is when enter 4 digit pin the keyboard layout get disappeared. Instead the keyboard layout should be visible with next CTA button.

    Nowadays, apps are really helpful, but sometimes they can be frustrating. I had a hard time with one app in particular. For example, I had to keep logging in repeatedly and updating my KYC took too long. When I uploaded a picture of my NID, all the information was filled in except for my date of birth. It said there was an error with my date of birth, even though Nagad app usually gets information from Robi and Airtel automatically. I hope they can fix this issue since we (Roket) are like a family.

    DBBl is a big player in the financial industry, but their mobile app Rocket really let me down. They need to work on the interface and server because I am not happy with how the app performs. There are issues with network connection errors, transactions getting forgotten, and the app crashing.

    User interface is easy to use, but there aren't many options for transferring funds between banks. It would be great if they could add Skitto as an option for mobile recharge. Unfortunately, you can't make payments on Daraz using Rocket.

    Absolutely annoyed with the verification process. They call, I listen, no response. Can't even vent about it. So frustrating!

    The app was updated, but things got worse. The Bank Transfer option is not functioning correctly. When I transfer money from my Rocket Account to my Bank Account, the money gets deducted but doesn't show up in my Bank Account. After some time, the amount is reversed. It seems the experts didn't check thoroughly. I hope DBBL works quickly to fix all these issues.

    I tried to transfer funds several times, but it always failed on my account. I called the support number 16216 multiple times, and they said there was no issue and asked me to try again later. I attempted a few more times, but the problem persisted. The transfers are from DBBL Rocket mobile accounts to CBS Agent banking accounts. Please help me fix this issue.

    The mobile banking app is terrible. It never works properly. Even when the network is fine, it keeps showing error messages. After reinstalling, logging in becomes a nightmare. The OTPs are sent too late. By the time I receive them, they have expired. The app really needs to work on improving its UI and user experience. I'm so frustrated with this app.
