- How do I open an account or log in to Rokomari?

Sign in on the homepage of Rokomari.com from the website and go to Account from the Rokomari app and you will get the option of LOGIN / SIGN UP. Then click Next button with your email or phone number and OTP will be sent to your given email or phone number. If you submit the OTP and click on the Login button, your account will be created and logged in. Then you can set the password of your choice from the Add password option from My Profile. You can login using email or phone number and password while logging in later. If you have not set a password in the account, then you have to login by submitting the OTP received on the mail or phone number every time for login.

- How to recover the password of Rockmari account?

Click on the Forgot Password link next to "Log in" on the Rockmarie site and enter your account's valid email or phone number. Then an OTP number of 6 digits will be sent to your given email or phone. If you submit the OTP number on the account recovery page, you will receive a link to change the password of the account in your email. Open the link and enter a new password.
