- Why can't I find escorts in my app?

Currently, the rules set by Apple and Google don't allow escort profiles in the apps that is why our apps don't support 'Escort search'.

However, you can search for escorts on ROMEO by clicking on the Q (HUNQZ) in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

- Why can't I block or save more profiles?

Free users can only save up to 50 contacts. This limit also includes blocked contacts and Hunqz. Note that if a contact deletes his profile, it still counts as saved.

If you want to save or block new contacts, you'll have to delete some of the existing ones, or subscribe to PLUS.

I suggest also that you navigate to the bottom of you CONTACTS list to find those contacts that are inactive or deleted, so that you won't mind deleting them.

- How do I delete a previously sent image?

To delete a previously sent picture » delete the picture from your profile » upload the picture again. This will change the picture reference number, making the previous version of the image invisible.

Keep in mind that we offer the QuickShare function, which we have created precisely to avoid such situations.

- How do I change my credit card?

You can not change your credit card but you can do the following: simply cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription and sign up for a new PLUS subscription with the new credit card.
