Why do some coupons not have the "use" button?

We offer benefits and vouchers specifically for use in department stores or affiliated brands, and they are not intended for use within the APP.

For detailed information on how to receive the voucher and its specific usage method, kindly refer to the details provided for each voucher.

How can I exchange a product or receive a refund?

You can visit the store of purchase within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

(However, the internal policy of the brand will precede the department store policy.)

Please bring the receipt and the form of payment used during the purchase (cash, credit card, or others) to complete the desired transaction.

(If the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be processed after the store confirms the purchase transaction with the card center.)

※ Please make sure to bring the purchased item and the receipt. If you used a credit card for the purchase, the corresponding credit card is also required.

※ An exchange or refund will not be provided if the item has been used, worn, or altered.

※ An exchange will be provided for a change of mind. A refund or exchange of a defective item is only offered at the store of purchase.

※ A restocking fee may apply to furniture.

How do I download the LOTTE Department Store App?

You can download the LOTTE Department Store App from Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iPhone devices.
