I was trying to buy something on Naver and downloaded an app that gives coupons if you allow push notifications. I installed it, but the coupon didn't apply when I tried to make a payment. I decided to give up on the coupon and just proceed with the payment, but it wouldn't reflect my order information. It kept asking me to redo everything. Even when I tried again, the additional discount wouldn't apply. Each time I had to go back to Naver, re-enter all the information, and try to pay, but then it would show issues with the order information. I did this about 4-5 times. When I tried to change the address, it asked me to verify using my i-PIN. And every time I went to make the payment, it kept showing my old address, so I had to type the address multiple times. In the end, I just bought it from somewhere else. It seems like the app developers didn't consider user convenience at all. They should definitely look into the error messages and fix them when connected with Naver.

After the mobile app update, I can't search in Korean on the app. Please fix this quickly. It's frustrating that I can't purchase items by searching. I am a fan of Lotte Shopping, but if this continues, I might switch to another home shopping platform.

The layout looks pretty much the same on a PC screen, which gives a sense of consistency. It's great that the PC version is compatible, so you can easily access the page you were viewing by clicking on the PC version button. Some places tend to switch to the main page often, but this one is user-friendly and has a cohesive look with the PC website. Among other shopping apps I've used recently, this one stands out as the best.
