When applying for counseling, what is the self-diagnosis screen for disqualification of partners?

The self-assessment of disqualification is a self-check function that checks whether the partner company has the basic qualifications to do business with Lotte Mart.

This is the minimum qualification you must have in order to do business with Lotte Mart, and you must submit a copy of the proof related to the reason for disqualification when consulting with the MD/person in charge.

What is the scope of information that a Lotte Mart MDer can request when requesting a consultation?

There is no restriction on the items to be filled out when requesting a consultation, but the MDer of the company cannot request data corresponding to management information.

Forcing an MDer to provide management information to a partner before entering a store is an unfair use of its position as a trader under Article 23(4) of the Fair Trade Act, and Lotte Mart strictly prohibits it.

In order to proceed with the entry of a new store, credit evaluation information is required, so please prepare in advance for a smooth application to enter the store.

Access through the inquiry on our website, enter the necessary information, and apply for the consultation on entering the store.

Consultation Reception

The requested information will be evaluated and a decision will be made on whether to hold a consultation or fair, and you will be informed of the schedule and details.

Fair & Evaluation

We will give you time to introduce your company and products, and the evaluators will conduct a fair and objective evaluation.

Quality Management Evaluation

Through your company's on-site (factory) inspection and product quality inspection process, the company's suitability for quality and hygiene is determined.

The results will be notified after the fair and the on-site (factory) inspection are completed.

Completion of the 1st entrance examination

The documents related to your entry into the store and the first entry examination for quality have been completed.

The second internal audit will be conducted by our company. After the second internal examination, the entry will be confirmed.

After the final entry confirmation

After completing the contract and creating the partner code, you can discuss the product operation plan with the MD and make a transaction.
