For optional access permissions, you can use the app even if you do not grant permission.

◆ You can change your consent for access permissions in 'Settings > Applications > Lotte Rent-a-car > Application Settings'.

◆ Optional Access Permissions:

[Camera]: Used for taking photos.

[Storage]: Access to device media and files for storage purposes, also used for OS modification verification for security enhancement.

[Phone]: Utilized for making calls, connecting to customer service, and contacting relevant employees.

◆ For smartphones using Android OS versions lower than 4.4, all optional access permissions may apply as mandatory access permissions.

If this is the case, upgrade your Android OS to version 4.4 or higher, delete and reinstall the app for proper access permission settings.

◆ If you are using a previously installed app, you need to delete and reinstall the app to adjust access permissions.

What is Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage?

Separate from L.point accumulation, it is a self-reward system that accumulates mileage by 2% of the amount paid when renting a short-term car after becoming a Lotte Rent-a-Car member.

※ Notes

- Accumulation target amount: Vehicle rental fee, CDW fee, additional items (stroller, car seat, Hi-pass, etc.), delivery (DS) fee included

- Accumulation exclusion target: One-way return fee, additional payment amount incurred after return (fuel fee, parking fee, late fee), etc.

- Customers who cannot accumulate: Monthly rental, non-members, and customers using rental cars including drivers

Where can I check the accumulated Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage?

You can check the expected accumulation amount on the short-term rental payment screen,

and as a Lotte Rent-a-Car member, you can check the accumulation status on [My Page] within 2-3 days after using and returning a vehicle.

How do I accumulate and use Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage?

When you use short-term rental car and Chabangjeong (visit maintenance) service, 2% of the payment amount will be accumulated.

The accumulated mileage can be used when reusing short-term rental car rental fee or Chabangjeong (visit maintenance) service.

(1 mileage = 1 won)

*Non-members do not accumulate mileage.

*Short-term rental car mileage can be used from March 27, and Chabangjeong is scheduled to open in May.

How long is the Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage validity period?

The Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage validity period is as follows.

The mileage accumulated when you use short-term rental car and Chabangjeong (visit maintenance) service is valid for 5 years.

Mileage paid through events or promotions has a separately specified validity period.

What happens if I cancel after making a reservation using Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage?

If you cancel after using Lotte Rent-a-Car mileage for a reservation, the mileage used will be restored to its original amount immediately after the reservation is canceled.

I plan to use an electric vehicle. How much is the charge?

Due to the electric vehicle fire issue, the battery charge amount is limited (80%).

Short-term vehicles are rented after charging only 80%,

and when returning, if you can travel to the branch or the agreed upon location, you can return the vehicle without charging separately.

I want to make a reservation with a discount other than the member discount.

Only member discounts and branch-specific event discounts are available for reservations through the website and mobile.

For inquiries about other discounts, you can check and make a reservation through the affiliate site or customer center.

※ Common application

- Member discounts and other discounts cannot be applied in conjunction

- Minimum usage time and discount rates differ for inland and Jeju areas

- CDW subscription is mandatory for inland areas and optional for Jeju

⊙ Inland standards:

Discounts available for rentals of at least 6 hours during the day (06:00 ~ 22:00)

Discounts available for rentals of at least 12 hours at night (22:00 ~ 06:00)

However, rentals and discounts available for pickup zones of 24 hours or more

Rentals and discounts available for 24 hours or more

- No refunds will be issued if the vehicle is returned earlier than the minimum rental time.
