Everyday banking from the comfort of your home. Our app makes your day-to-day banking easy, quick and secure.

It’s available to customers aged 11+ with compatible Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Please note that the app contains images when logging in that may cause a reaction in individuals who are photosensitive. You can, however, switch these off for your device by visiting the ‘settings’ menu and the ‘accessibility’ menu where you will be able to find animation control settings (note this is not within our app but on your device's settings itself).

What’s New

• Freeze or unfreeze payments to overseas payees. Manage this control in your payment settings.

• Tap the Insights tab to track your money, get tailored insights and tools to manage and grow your business.

• You can now update your email, mobile details and marketing preferences for your business accounts. Tap manage business details in your profile to access.

• Paying friends or a business partner? Just switch between your accounts at the top of your home screen.

You’re in control of your money

From quickly checking your account balances and transactions, to moving money between accounts, sending money securely to others, and paying someone new up to £1000 without a card reader or getting cash from an ATM without your debit card, our app gives you greater control of your finances.

Easily manage your bills and check the details of Direct Debits and standing orders. If you need help, our Secure Messaging tool allows you to contact us in-app for additional support.

You’re protected by our secure banking promise

With our app, you’re covered by our secure banking promise, making it one of the safest ways to bank. We monitor your account 24/7 for unusual activity and will refund any money paid out of your account as long as you keep your security information safe.

Safely log in to the app using your fingerprint, face, or secure passcode, and there is always a confirmation check to ensure you’re paying the right person or business.

• Apply for a lending product directly in the app (aged 18+ eligibility criteria apply)

Important information for you:

• There is a maximum of 5 payments totaling £1000 per day. You must be aged 16 or over.

• Get Cash - Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked).

• Fingerprint and facial recognition are available on selected devices.

• Credit score available once opted in through the app, to customers aged 18+, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion.

• Spending - You must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premier Current accounts.

• You can freeze and unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards.

• You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days, that includes up to seven countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan will apply to debit cards only, attached to accounts managed via mobile banking and only in your name. Joint account holders should register separately.

• Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only.

• Savings goal available on instant access savings accounts.

• My Loyalty Cards is available to customers aged 18+.

    Absolutely amazing! This device not only functions flawlessly but also has a sleek design and utilizes biometrics in place of cumbersome passwords. The only thing that could make it better is if it could automatically deposit money into my bank account.

    The app keeps improving all the time. RBS is always making the app better so you can do more with each update. I really like using the app more than the computer. They both work well together. Both the app and the computer are very valuable. RBS has great technology. Thank you. I just want to say again what I said before. Another update that makes the experience even better for users. I can't remember how I did things before mobile banking. It's top-notch!

    I really enjoy using this app a lot! It has never caused me any issues. Actually, I can't imagine managing without it. There is something I'd like to mention though. Is it possible for you to think about including a round-up savings feature? For example, when I make a payment using my card, could there be an option to round up to the nearest pound, with the extra amount going straight into a savings account? I find this method quite effective for saving money. I prefer having this feature available through my own bank rather than relying on a third-party. Thank you.

    I really like this app. It's super easy to navigate, everything is clear and well-organized. The features are fantastic and save a lot of time and hassle. The only downside is that I forgot to update my phone number in the app before changing my SIM card. Now, I need a card reader to do so, but I don't have one. It's an inconvenience I could do without. Nonetheless, I still rate this app 5 stars!
