RTA m-Wallet - Convenient Digital Wallet

I am so frustrated! Can't put my license or RC on my One plus 6. The app might not work with Android pie. The old cards won't download. When we try to add license or RC, the app shuts down. They should update the app soon and fix all the bugs.

This app is great and has been used by everyone since it was launched. It would be helpful to have the choice to upload the PUC certificate and Vehicle Insurance Certificate.

I've been having trouble with this app for over 4-5 months now. I haven't been receiving the OTPs needed, and even though I got my card, my driving license hasn't been updated to the new model. The app's design is also really bad. It's hard to navigate. It's surprising that a government app would be like this. I do appreciate the developers' hard work though.

Vehicle insurance for all vehicles should be checked regularly. The app is very convenient and has a user-friendly interface. Great job!

The app needs improvement, especially when adding new documents and selecting the date of birth. It would be better if users could input the date instead of using the calendar, which is difficult to navigate, especially for older ages. Please address this problem quickly and make sure downloaded documents are saved.

There's a problem after the recent update where I can't see the license. The error message mentions something about "oneByteString". It looks like the system expects numbers only for the field, but our license numbers have both letters and numbers. Everything was smooth before the update, but now this issue popped up. Fix it, please.

I had a hard time logging in, but once I finally did, the app didn't update my existing license and registration details or let me input new data. I recently switched to a Redmi Poco F1, so maybe the app needs an update to be compatible with newer phones.

The app is super helpful. It would be great if the colors used were gender-neutral. That BRS pink has got to go! 😜

Earlier it worked fine, but now it's not working. I don't understand why the developers are not fixing it. It doesn't display any pending traffic tickets and just keeps loading endlessly, even for hours. You can only use it to show documents when needed. It has been about a year, and there seems to be no effort to solve this issue.

The app doesn't work with the newest Android version. Whenever I try to add something, it just shuts down. Please update it soon. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling from the Play Store, the problem persists. I need assistance. The "New" button works, but the "Get" button does nothing. Also, the office drop-down menu on the RC page is unresponsive. Please address these problems.
