1. How do I know which service package I am in on the RTL+ interface?

To access the information, log in to your user account on the RTL+ interface (mobile or web), then go to the My activated services submenu within the My profile menu item. You can view it within the mobile app or in a mobile browser under the My Subscriptions menu item.

2. What should I do if my email address that I activated the code for has changed?

On the RTL+ web interface, it is possible to change the e-mail address, the steps of which are as follows: Enter the My Profile menu item, then click the Update Profile Data button. Update the data, then click the Save Changes button.

If you change your e-mail address, you will then receive an automatic message, you can confirm the new e-mail address by clicking on the link in it.

After that, you will be able to access the interface with the new e-mail address when logging in.

Your user account will otherwise remain unchanged, so your previously activated code will continue to be valid.

3. How can I log out?

You can log out of the RTL+ interface with the Logout button in the My Profile menu item.

4. I forgot my password

If you are already logged in to the interface, open the rtlplusz.hu page, then click on the Profile data sub-menu of the My profile menu item, and then click "Forgot your password?" button. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered here, and we will send you the link to reset your password in an e-mail message. If you cannot log in to the interface due to a forgotten password, open the rtlplusz.hu page, click on the My Profile menu item, then on the Login screen that appears, click on "Forgot your password?" button. After that, enter your e-mail address where you registered, and we will send you the link to reset your password in an e-mail message.
