3. Why do I need to enter dependents?

Samchunsam is working to ensure that all customers can safely enjoy the ‘maximum refund’. In addition to the basic information, if additional refunds are possible, you must enter dependent information to apply for income deductions. You can file a report with only the basic information without entering additional information, and you can decide to enter it according to your will.

4. When will my personal information be destroyed?

Customer personal information collected by Samjyeonsam is retained according to the period of use (service cancellation or withdrawal, etc.) of the personal information processing policy. When a Samjyeonsam customer requests withdrawal, all personal information except for information that must be retained according to related laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc., the National Tax Basic Act, and the Electronic Financial Transactions Act is ‘immediately’ destroyed.
