Samsung Accessory Service - Connect devices seamlessly

Samsung is so lazy for redirecting you to the forum. It's good to hear different opinions there, but it's too lazy of Samsung to make that the main way they deal with problems. At other companies, technicians also join forums but those are for technicians, not customers. Samsung is avoiding solving issues directly with users through the forum, which is really lazy and cheap.

Got it eventually after 12 hours of trying.

My Gear S3 watch battery went from 70% to 0% while I was sleeping, and it also drained my phone by about 15% overnight. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's unacceptable.

My Galaxy Watch 3 Frontier used to work well with my Samsung Galaxy S8. After I switched to a different phone brand running Android 10, the watch doesn't display my incoming notifications anymore. I can only control music with it now.

Samsung doesn't seem to care or maybe they just don't know what they're doing. The new app, when used with their other Galaxy Wear apps, makes the Galaxy Watch have battery problems and connection issues. Maybe if more people leave bad reviews, they will do something about it.

Using my One Plus 6 was all good until Android 9. But once I updated to Android 10, the battery drains super fast and my phone gets really hot. Watching things on it with Android 10 has been a very bad experience.

Moto Z2 Force is running Android 8.0 and has a Gear S2 Classic connected. The battery drains fast, causing the phone to get hot even when not in use. Both an app and Bluetooth are using a lot of battery power every hour.

Gear Fit 2 isn't working properly because of a recent android update. It keeps draining the battery of my pixel and smartwatch. There is a constant notification saying "transferring data please wait" appearing over and over again. Since this issue started, the watch stopped tracking steps, sleep, and heart rate regularly. Many other users seem to be facing the same problem based on reviews. Samsung needs to fix this soon or else I might switch to Fitbit.

The app keeps crashing, causing my watch to disconnect often. Please solve this issue so I can give a 5-star rating. The main problem is the lack of response from the developer team. Please reply.

I love Samsung watches, but recently I had a bad experience. On November 24th, 2021, Samsung released an update for their wearable devices. After updating my GALAXY WATCH ACTIVE 2, the call sound on my watch became quieter. It's really frustrating. I hope they fix this issue in their software soon.
