SLEEP COACHING
Step 01
Set up Sleep coaching from your mobile device
Start the program with a quick questionnaire. Wear your Galaxy Watch for a week while sleeping. This will help gather a week's worth of Sleep data.
*Requires a minimum of 7 days of sleep recordings (including workday and day off nights) to start Sleep coaching. Sleep is recorded automatically when you wear your Galaxy Watch at night.
*Available on Galaxy Watch4 series and later.
Step 02
Discover your Sleep type
After completing the questionnaire and logging a week of sleep data, you’ll be able to discover your Sleep type and start a 4-5 week Sleep coaching program that suits you.
Step 03
Improve your sleep
You’ll be given Sleep missions that will help you improve your sleep habit, with notifications. Follow the steps of Sleep coaching and read the recommended articles for tips to help you manage your sleep better.

Step 04
Achieve your Sleep goal
Follow the Sleep coaching program to increase your Sleep score.
Check on your seven-day Sleep analysis results every week. And when the Sleep coaching period is over, you can see the changes you’ve made.
