Samsung Internet Browser - Secure Web Browsing

I'm really bummed about the new search results feature in the update. The older one was way better because you could directly copy the search result and even use "find on this page" at the bottom of the search results. I wish they would bring back the old search results layout or offer an option to switch between the two. But despite this, it's still a great app and has always worked well for me.

I mainly use this app to read books online. The function to open multiple pages is great because when I'm reading and need to look up something, it's really handy. I also like the bookmark feature because I can save my favorite books and come back to them anytime I want, which is fantastic. Overall, I think this app is user-friendly, helpful, and visually appealing.

This app is really simple to use, and I especially like the way you can organize your saved pages into folders using bookmarks. The feature that removes ads and clutter from badly designed websites is great when combined with ad blockers. It feels like a better version of desktop Chrome tailored for mobile users in an easy-to-understand manner. The updates focus on enhancing user experience rather than pleasing advertisers. Speaking as an advertiser, I don't like it because it automatically blocks most ads. But as a user, I appreciate it for those same reasons and more. I haven't encountered any annoying pop-ups or bugs either.

What makes this browser really stand out from all the others is its awesome video feature. You can easily stretch out videos to fit your phone screen perfectly without needing to zoom in and risk cutting off any edges. It also gives you the option to include that feature if you prefer. I've started watching all my favorite videos, including YouTube, Peacock +, Hulu, and Paramount +, using this browser. Just a heads up, you might need to switch streaming apps to desktop view for it to function smoothly. I haven't come across any other Android browsers that offer this amazing capability.

This browser is the best one I've used on my Android phone. It may not handle more than 99 tabs, and sometimes it doesn't play sounds when minimized or when the screen is off. However, it's really speedy, plus the dark mode is awesome. If they can fix the sound issues and add a read aloud feature, it would definitely deserve 5 stars.

It sounds like you're really frustrated with this app. I completely understand how annoying it is when an app keeps starting itself again, even after you've tried uninstalling it or disabling it. It's especially frustrating when ads pop up in the middle of important tasks like paying bills, playing games, checking email, or browsing the web. It's even worse when you don't remember installing the app in the first place. I can see why you wouldn't recommend it to others. Dealing with intrusive apps can be quite frustrating.

This app is really frustrating and ruins your phone experience. When my brother's house was on fire, I kept getting pop-up ads trying to dial 911 - can you believe it? Samsung should definitely let go of whoever made these changes to the app. It's incredibly annoying to have these pop-ups interrupt important calls and make you go back just to dismiss them. They need to fix this issue. Looks like I'll be switching to AT&T soon.

So, I always used to open Chrome as my go-to browser. But then, I decided to sync my Chrome data with Samsung Internet, and let me tell you, I haven't turned back since! This browser has all the great stuff that Chrome offers plus some awesome additional features like a built-in night mode, private browsing with password protection similar to incognito mode in Chrome, ad blocker extensions, and so much more. I've even started using it on my other Android phones that aren't Samsung. Trust me, I highly recommend giving it a try!
