How do I submit an Error Report?

If you’re experiencing any unusual behaviour on Samsung mobiles, tablets, or selected wearables, sending an error report allows us to take a closer look at what is happening when this is occurring.

The data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report. If you can, send an error report as soon as you experience the issue (preferably within 15 mins in order for us to get the data that we need).

You can access “Error reports” by holding the Samsung Members app down and tapping "Error reports".

    That's awesome! So, I have this idea about the edge panel. It would be really nice if they could update the settings to let us make the edge bar a bit wider, you know? They already have it so we can adjust the length, which is great, but now let's think about the width too. I appreciate all the help you've been giving us. And hey, big shoutout to Samsung for adding the option to increase the depth of the side panel in the A73 5G series. It's cool how they listened to customers like me.

    So, you know what's frustrating? When you try to give feedback but it seems like no one is actually listening or able to do anything about it. It feels like a waste of time to explain the problem you're having. For example, I've recently had this phone that I always take good care of - never dropped it or knocked it around. But for some reason, the camera lens keeps getting blurry whenever I try to take pictures because of the optical image stabilization. And when I reached out to report the issue, it feels like it's just being ignored. It's especially disappointing considering how much money we spend on these phones. It just doesn't feel fair to not have our concerns addressed properly.

    So, a bunch of fancy things are happening, but it's all just for show. It doesn't really do much. It runs some checks and stuff, but nothing seems to come out of it. I have an S21 Ultra that has a problem with the mobile network signal. I sent it back for repair once, and they said they fixed it, but it came back scratched and still not working right. Now I have to carry around another phone just to stay connected when I'm not on WiFi. It's pretty frustrating.

    I was really impressed by how smoothly the testing went and how accurately the app was tested. The results showed that there is an issue with my camera app. When I clicked on the FAQ section hoping to find some camera tips, I was surprised to see that my camera problem was the only topic available. The problem is that the camera app keeps closing before I can access the settings. I still need to follow the suggestion to check the storage and memory in the phone settings. I have to admit, this app is definitely a must-have for me!
