    I used this app for more than two years. After the recent update, there seems to be a problem. I scanned and uploaded several pages as PDF files to my Dropbox, but they turned out blank. Please fix it as soon as possible.

    This app is not good at all. The share options don't even work. I can't save a PDF file in a place where I can easily find it. When I try to save a scanned document through sharing, I keep getting an error saying the operation is not supported, despite having storage permission. I have no idea where the original scan is saved. It's better to just buy an HP printer because their software actually works.

    Printing from my phone is a real hassle now. Samsung seems more focused on snooping on your printing content or pushing you to buy supplies than actually improving the printing experience. Printing should be simple and effortless, without constantly having to adjust printer settings.

    Samsung really messed up with the last update. It's so frustrating trying to connect my phone to the printer now. It takes forever, sometimes over 40 tries or more! I always end up using my laptop and a printer cable instead. It used to work fine before, but now it's just a nightmare. I might have to consider other printing options because this setup is just not cutting it.

    App doesn't work. Installed it on Samsung phone to print to Samsung printer, should be easy. Printer is listed as compatible - C460FW. But can't get it to work. Makes me doubt Samsung products.
