    I used to have no issues with the app, but ever since I switched to my new Samsung 9 phone, it keeps freezing and glitching whenever I try to use it. It's super annoying because I rely on it a lot now that I'm working from home. Can you please fix this bug as soon as possible?

    This app works pretty well, without any fancy extras. It doesn't have advanced features, but it lets you print to your printer and shows you a preview of the printing task. Usually, you need to use the app you're sharing from to format what you're printing if you want to print to a Samsung printer. I accidentally discovered that this app can actually let you print to ALMOST ANY network printer, and the results are surprisingly good. I would have given it 5 stars if it offered more advanced settings, especially for Samsung printers.

    So, I've had some trouble with these downloads. Kind of frustrating you know? The initial one just wouldn't connect to my new C480FW, so I had to uninstall it and give it another shot. The second time around, it managed to print one document but then decided it was done working. Now the third download seems like it's in there somewhere as per the Google Play store, yet it's nowhere to be found in my list of apps – can't even use it! Looks like I'll have to go for a fourth attempt now.

    So, I was trying to print something, and guess what? It used to work all fine and dandy. But now, for some reason, it's just not cooperating. And on top of that, when I try to print from other apps, it's like mission impossible. I really couldn't care less about whatever fancy features they think they're adding to the app. All I want is the good old functionality that lets me print what I need to print. Such a waste of time, storage, and internet data, seriously.
