Battle System

Are there any hidden secrets in the story?

Sword Art Online is already a famous anime series; hence, players who have watched the show already know what the game is about. This doesn't mean newcomers will be left out. The developers have made an excellent intro to the game, which will give you insight into the actual storyline and the game's purpose. The main purpose of the game is to reach the 100th floor of Aincrad, and you will be a part of the assault team as you progress towards the goal. There is not just one assault team because it is a massively multiplayer game; hence other players will also form a group, and you can align with them to complete floors. This is a great feature offered by the game wherein you can collaborate with other players and progress quickly. 

The story has no hidden secrets because most of it is just the game trying to tell you what you will be dealing with as you progress towards the 100th floor.

Completing quests and leveling up quickly

In almost every role-playing game, leveling up is the most important thing because it is directly dependent on your progression, increase in stats, etc. You have to choose characters to battle on a floor, and if your character is unable to cope with the difficulty level of the floor, you won't be able to win. This is where quests come into the picture because when you complete quests, you receive exp points which is the main ingredient in leveling up and boosting your stats.

But you can use a small trick to progress quickly on floors. As you play the initial quests, you receive experience points. Once completed, come back to the same floor and keep repeating it. This will help you to become very powerful right from the start. Players can do this right at the start, and in later stages, you can outperform the level of your floor, ultimately leading to quick progression.

Enhance everything you have

It is not just enough to level up your character in games like these. You will also have to upgrade the elements present along with the character, such as weapons, outfits, etc. If you keep using default weapons with your powerful characters, it will make your character weak. Upgrading your weapons will ensure your attack is at its prime, dealing a lot of damage.  

Enhancement is the key to winning battles. Upgrade your weapons and equipment so that you can give your 100% in battles, and winning will become a piece of cake. Apart from upgrading your gear and weapons, you also need to enhance your character's skills. Without powerful skill and abilities, it will become very difficult to kill monsters on floors that are either overly powerful or need special attacks to be defeated. And of course, you need to gather materials and resources for these upgrades to happen, which can be earned by playing quests. Rewards are the main thing in the game that will include in-game currency and resources necessary for upgrades and enhancements.
