With SAQ Inspire, advice and inspiration follow you everywhere. You can access content tailored to your tastes at any time, in addition to earning points that can be redeemed for discounts and other benefits.

What are the benefits of registering?

Because every customer is unique, the SAQ offers an experience even more tailored to your tastes.

Once you have created your profile in SAQ.COM by choosing the option I want to subscribe to SAQ Inspire , you will receive content related to your tastes and interests, such as advice, recipe ideas, new arrivals, contests, limited-time promotions, personalized offers, etc.

In addition to promotions, you earn points on all products purchased in-store, on SAQ.COM, or through the mobile app. And you can redeem your points whenever you want to reduce your bill.

In the My Account section of SAQ.COM and from the SAQ mobile app, you can view your points balance, exclusive offers, purchase history and more.

At the branch, if you wish, you can allow one of our employees to briefly review your profile for even more personalized service.

How can I register for SAQ Inspire?

Complete the registration form at SAQ.COM . You'll then receive a temporary code, which you can print or email to yourself. Bring it to an SAQ branch to receive one or two Inspire cards, depending on your choice. You can also keep and use your virtual card.

Note: If you already have a SAQ.COM account, you must use the same email address to register for SAQ Inspire.

If you do not have an email address, you can register by contacting our Customer Relations Center at 1 866 873-2020 .

Is there an age requirement to register for SAQ Inspire?

You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

Why am I automatically created a SAQ.COM account when I register for SAQ Inspire?

To allow you to shop at SAQ.COM and earn points, quite simply. This way, you won't have to take this extra step when making your first online purchase.

In addition, this account allows you to view the status of your orders and purchase history on SAQ.COM, create lists of favorite products, check product availability in your favorite store, while enjoying the SAQ Inspire benefits.

I already have a SAQ.COM account. What happens if I sign up for SAQ Inspire?

When you sign up for SAQ Inspire, simply enter the same email address as your SAQ.COM account. On the My Account page of SAQ.COM, enter your Inspire card number, and your two accounts will be linked.

However, if you sign up for SAQ Inspire with a different email address, it will then be impossible to accumulate points on your purchases made online with your existing SAQ.COM account.

We recommend using the same address for SAQ.COM and SAQ Inspire; this will enhance your experience and benefits.

Why do I need to provide my email address?

Your email address will serve as your username to log in to SAQ Inspire and SAQ.COM. This is also the address where you will receive SAQ emails, including promotions, personalized offers, tips, and invitations to events tailored to your tastes and interests. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time via the My Communications page of your SAQ.COM account or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our electronic communications.

If you register without an email address, you will not have access to a SAQ.COM and SAQ Inspire account, and you will not receive emails that may contain promotional offers from the SAQ.

Can I have more than one Inspire card on my account?

Yes! You can link up to two cards to the same account. You must make this choice when you pick up your card at the branch, as it will not be possible to add a second card later.

Note: Only the account holder will be able to access SAQ Inspire offers on the SAQ.COM website and mobile app, receive our emails, and manage the account. You cannot add a second communication address to your account.

The holder of the second Inspire card must be an individual aged 18 or older and must meet the other conditions of registration and participation. When two (2) cards are associated with an account, the points accumulated by both (2) cardholders are credited to the account, but only the primary cardholder may use them in whole or in part. The SAQ reserves the right to require the presentation of an identity document from the person requesting to use the points. The SAQ reserves the right to refuse an exchange of points (sale, fraud, legal).
