    The app is good overall, but I can't give it 5 stars because it doesn't cover branches in Egypt. It would be helpful if patients could book appointments in Egypt and access all their medical records from any country. Thank you.

    I visited Riyadh hospital and it was not a good experience. I am giving it three stars because the fees are very high and they do not have an open MRI machine, which is inconvenient. Also, although they have two MRI machines, both were closed during my visit. The MRI room itself lacked music and I couldn't communicate with the technician during the test. There was only one technician present, and I feel they should improve in handling patients with claustrophobia. On the positive side, I found the online booking system and the doctors' appointments to be efficient.

    Oh, it's been three whole years since the Dammam branch opened, and can you believe we still can't book appointments online there? It feels like we've been thrown back to the 1970s! I have to pick up the phone every time I want to schedule an appointment and find out which doctors are free at what times.
