CUSTOMER REVIEWS
-I played Scary Robber, as well as its predecessor, Scary Teacher, with my godchild (8 years old). He really wanted to try it out because it's similar in layout to Scary Teacher, and he already liked that game a lot.
He was right. The concept isn't much different from Scary Teacher. It involves a child playing pranks on burglars in their own house without getting caught (if you're familiar with it, it might be something like the movie "Home Alone"). You repeat the same levels over and over again with different tasks or pranks. It's fun and offers plenty of variety. Some of the tasks include rougher pranks, such as drilling into a vehicle's oil pump, which then sprays the burglars with hot oil. The game's difficulty level is fairly easy to moderate.
What I particularly like is how the topic of burglars, which many children find quite scary, is handled: Children can lose some of their fear of burglars through the fun way of dealing with the topic. However, in my opinion, children shouldn't be left completely alone with the game, or at least should be checked periodically to see how they're dealing with these impressions.
If there were any improvement, they could add a multiplayer mode. This way, you could go on a "burglar hunt" with a friend.
There are also three premium currencies in the game ("Energy, Coins, and Stars"). These are quite expensive to purchase in the store, but can also be earned simply by playing and aren't absolutely necessary for progress.
Great game, I highly recommend it (especially for fans of Scary Teacher).
-Our five years old son asked us to download this game on his amazon fire, as it’s free. It’s really good, he says it’s like scary teacher game, except you are up against 2 villains instead of 1 and the robbers are better looking then Miss T from scary teacher. All you have to do, is to teach the robbers a lesson by pranking. The house is super colourful, overall the graphics is really good.
The only thing our son complained about, that every time he is near the window, the villains spotting him, sometimes it’s like they can see through the walls, which makes the game pretty hard sometimes. And it’s got only 2 chapters as for now. Overall it’s fun.
How To Play
To play the game effectively, you will need to develop a strategy and plan your moves in advance. Keep an eye on the robbers, their habits, and patterns to plan a counter strategy. Utilize the available tools and items in your house to your advantage.
The game emphasizes stealth. Staying out of sight from the robbers is paramount. You'll need to move around the house undetected and quickly hide if a robber comes near you.
Quick decision-making skills can save the day in this game. When the robbers are at your doorstep, swift and smart decisions become your greatest weapons.
An important part of the game concerns setting up traps. The boy can use various items in the house to set booby traps for the robbers. This aids in slowing them down, giving him a chance to execute his plans.
Last but not least, remember to reserve your resources. Conservation is key in Scary Robber – Mastermind Heist. Your tools are limited, so use them wisely, particularly if the robbers are closing in.
