1.How to turn on the microphone?

2.The recordings have no sound?

Firstly, please make sure your phone is not in silent mode and the volume is on before starting your screen recording. Secondly, some apps do not allow the sound to be recorded and it is a limitation we cannot bypass.

3.How can I Face Cam while I screen record?

Currently, it is not possible to Face Came and record your screen at the same time.However, you can add a Face Cam reaction after you finish recording. You can open your recording in RECGO and select Face Cam to add.

4.Can not find the recordings after recording the screen?

you are using iOS 11, please make sure you are using RECGO.Long press the record button on the control center.Then, select RECGO as the recording app. Secondly, make sure you have enough space for your recordings.

Thirdly, the following reasons may also lead to storage failure and cannot find the recordings such as unstable phone system, switching too many app during recording and some apps have their own recording functions.

5.Error while recording or cannot stop recording?

Due to the memory bug on some iOS devices, sometime the recording engine gets stuck.Please try to restart your phone and close other app and try again.

6.Why the recording takes up so much space？

The higher the resolution, the clearer the video and the larger the generated video file.

The higher the bit rate, the better the video quality and the larger the generated video file.

The higher the frame rate, the smoother the video and the larger the generated video file.

Generally, video size is related to resolution, bit rate and frame rate. As the relevant recording settings increase, the generated recording file will get larger and larger.In addition, the recording size is also related to the content you recorded and your phone’s screen size.
