How do I cancel an order?
Cancelling Shipping Orders:
Step 1: Access Your Account
Click "My Account": Begin the cancellation process by logging into your account.
Step 2: Check Order Status
View Status: Ensure your order status is "Processing." If the status has changed to "Shipped," the order has left the warehouse and cannot be cancelled. Tracking numbers and detailed information may not be available immediately.
Step 3: Cancel the Order
Cancel If Possible: If the order is still in "Processing," attempt to cancel it. If cancellation is not possible, follow the return instructions provided with your order upon receipt.
Cancelling Home Delivery Orders:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Call 1.800.732.7747: Cancel your home delivery order before the scheduled delivery date by calling customer service.
Cancelling Store Pickup Orders:
Step 1: Contact the Store
Call the Selected Store: Cancel your store pickup order before you go to pick it up. Use our Store Locator to find the store’s contact information.
How do I contact my Marketplace Seller?
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Access Your Account: Log in to your account on the marketplace platform.
Step 2: Select Contact Marketplace Seller
Navigate to Contact Option: Choose "Contact Marketplace Seller" from the available options.
Step 3: Provide Issue Details
Select Reason: Pick the reason that best describes your issue from the dropdown list.
Write Description: Enter a brief description of the issue in the message field.
Step 4: Add Attachments (Optional)
Attach Pictures: If needed, click the "Add Attachments" link below the message field to include any relevant pictures.
Step 5: Send the Message
Click Send: Review your message and click "Send" to submit it to the marketplace seller.
