It was great before, but now this app keeps getting things wrong. I aimed at my neighbor's cat, and it said it was a dog. Can you believe that? The camera freezes all the time, especially if you tap the screen to focus. No matter how many shots I take, it just can't tell what I'm seeing. Please sort out these issues. It's frustrating and silly now.

Wow, I wanted to tell you all about this amazing app I discovered! It's seriously the best of its kind that I've come across, especially considering how the AI technology behind the species identification will keep getting better. My family is absolutely loving it, even with some technical issues we've encountered. To make our experience even better, here are a few ideas for new features: 1. Automatically take a picture once the species is identified. 2. Allow us to upload photos so we can zoom in with our camera and not scare away animals or bugs. 3. Give us the option to choose where to focus the photo. 4. Provide a way to back up our data. Thank you for igniting our passion for exploring nature with this incredible app!

This app is so fun and useful for homeschoolers! It's great for all ages, even my little ones. You can learn about plants, insects, animals, fungi, and trees using your phone camera. There are challenges and badges to earn, which makes it even more exciting! I really recommend this app for anyone who wants to explore and learn about nature.

The app is great and my girlfriend and I enjoy using it. However, the camera tends to focus on the background, and tapping on the subject doesn't always help change the focus. Compared to my phone's native camera app which takes beautiful pictures, the Seek camera quality is lower, often blurry, making it challenging for the app to recognize objects. Additionally, controlling the zoom is hard as it jumps too much.

This app is really cool! It has come a long way since I first got it. At the beginning, it was kinda broken, so I had to delete it. But I tried again later and now it's working much better. I have a lot of fun using it, especially collecting observations. However, there are still some issues with the camera. Sometimes it doesn't open properly, zoom in correctly, or move smoothly. After taking a picture, there's a delay, and if you move the camera, the photo might not turn out how you expected. Another thing is that it drains my phone's battery fast, which is a bit annoying. Also, it bugs me that you have to turn on location to save observations. Apart from technical problems, I have a couple of ideas. If Seek can't identify what species I'm looking at but I know it, there should be an option to type in the species and still add it to my observation list. For example, I have a great picture of a California Sea Lion, but Seek can only identify it as a family, so it won't include it in my observations. It would be great if I could manually enter the species or connect with iNaturalist in both directions. If an observation made with Seek gets identified on iNaturalist, it should also update on my Seek list. There are many species that Seek may never be able to identify accurately (like insects that need a microscope), in those cases, it should still list them at the family or genus level. It would be awesome to have a collection of families and genuses alongside specific species that I've observed.

Oh, I love using this app! Right now, I've seen 1016 different species. But, I can see that the app might not have been made to handle that many species because when I check "my observations," it's getting slower to load and for me to scroll all the way down. Even though there's a search bar, it would be great to have an option to sort my newest sightings or maybe just show the latest 10. Despite these small issues, I'm having a blast using this app. It's super fun and really helpful.

I really like this app, but there are some important problems. If you switch to a new phone, you can't move your observations to the new device. The app doesn't consider your location when it tries to identify species, even though it already has access to that information. Also, the camera lags, zooming is not smooth, and capturing an ID photo is slow or sometimes it doesn't identify the species before it's too late. This was not an issue in the past. I wish there was an option to edit the date and location of sightings, as well as provide input on species identification. It's very disappointing.

Wow, I've been using Seek for three days and found 60 species already! It's usually right most of the time. One thing that would make it even better is if I could search for a species directly instead of having to find the animal or plant first to learn about it. Overall, it's an amazing app for nature lovers.

I am loving this app a lot! I found out that almost every "weed" in my backyard can be eaten or used for medicine, sometimes even both! The challenges are cool too, trying to capture creatures on camera is fun. It has shown me how many different pollinators there are! I have gained so much knowledge from this app and I am really thankful to the people who made it! ❤️

Have you heard about this amazing app that lets you point your phone at plants and animals to find out what they are? It's so cool because it can be really accurate sometimes. And the best part is, you can even share your photos to help make the app even better. It's a great way to add some fun to your walks or hikes, especially if you're out with kids. You can learn all about the different species you come across as you explore nature.
