They made this app and then just left it. It feels really old-fashioned and not user-friendly. I only gave it one star because you can connect with other people who have the same scooter. I just went on a 5k ride to try out my new phone holder, but the app didn't upload the ride. It's like the ride never happened according to the app.

Hey there, I've got a problem with the app on my Samsung Galaxy M31. It's been acting up lately, keeps shutting down on me. Everything was fine until it updated. I tried reinstalling it, but it's still giving me the same trouble. It's frustrating because I can't connect my e-scooter to the app. This needs to be fixed quickly! Update: No response on WhatsApp or email and the app is still crashing when I try to open it.

So, like, I don't get why there are so many bad reviews for this app. Could it be that the old versions were crappy and that's when people wrote those reviews? Anyway, gotta admit that this scooter and app have been spot on for me! Super handy for getting firmware updates and tweaking settings!

You know what? I was frustrated because I paired my scooter with Bluetooth at first, but suddenly the connection got lost. I did a bunch of things like reinstalling the app, turning on VPN, and unbinding the device, but nothing worked. The scooter was unbind and the app couldn't find it. Then, I realized that I had turned off my Location. Turns out, the device needs Location to be able to connect. So, I turned it back on, and now the Bluetooth is working fine again.

Everything is fine but it would be great if they added messages from followers.

The app looks fantastic and it makes driving really enjoyable. The connection is flawless too. I'm stuck in safety mode and the safety video won't load, even after reinstalling the app. @Segway-Ninebot, can you assist me with this issue? Despite that, I really adore this app.

Keep the app running in the background on your phone to track and record every trip.

The ride recording suddenly stops sometimes, and when I try to view the weekly or monthly report, it kicks me out with an error saying "You are offline." I think it might be crashing because too many records are being loaded. However, it's still useful to check the total riding distance and device information, such as the temperature of the controller. Despite these issues, I really like using my Ninebot One S2.

Liked the app a lot because of its flexibility with scooter settings and the ability to monitor the distance traveled. But, the Bluetooth range could be better.
