Q: What should I do if someone steals my ID?

A: We do our best to ensure that personal information cannot be accessed through hacking or other means.

However, the member is responsible for managing personal information through ID and password theft.

It is best to refrain from using a combination of the same number, such as a social security number, phone number, or 1111, which is easy to understand the password, and if possible, change it frequently so that it cannot be stolen.

Q: I want to change my password or address...

A: You can do this on the Change Account Information page.

Q: How do I change my information?

A: To edit your member information, click the Edit Member Information button in the login window or the MY PAGE button at the top of the page after logging in.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can check it by selecting the ID/PW search menu on the first page of the Seibebe website (Saybebe.com) and entering your name and resident registration number.

Please manage your password so that you do not forget it, and refrain from using numbers that are easily known to others, such as 1111, resident registration numbers, and phone numbers.

Q: Did you ask me to sign up for a hospital membership?

A: Prior to the reorganization, the membership classification was divided into web members who did not receive video/still service and hospital members who received the service. However, after the reorganization, there is no classification of members in "Seibebe".

Therefore, there is no previous verification process, and there is no special way to sign up.

I've heard that some people at the hospital have been informed that their ID should be a phone number, or that their password should be a phone number. This is wrong. So, if your password is a phone number, please change it to a different number or text.

It is recommended that the number written on the chart of the hospital and the phone number and mobile phone number entered when signing up for membership are the same as possible. Or, when the hospital asked for your phone number, you must put the number you gave in either the phone number or mobile phone number field to process the video.
