    The reviews I read mostly agree with my thoughts too. The biometrics are not working well. Before, it was very helpful to quickly check my balance at a glance. However, that feature has been taken away. Instead of improving, the app has actually gone backward. I have been using Serve for a long time, but now I feel disappointed because the app has deteriorated so much that it feels like unnecessary clutter on my phone.

    I used to really like this app, but after the November updates, it just crashes every time I try to open it. I've uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I can't even sign in because it flashes twice then closes immediately. What were the changes made in this update? Before the new version, I tried to deposit a check using the photo feature, but it never uploaded. The recent bug fixes seem to have broken what was previously working fine for me. Please assist me with this problem as this app is vital for keeping track of my status. I appreciate your help. I am using a Samsung 7J.

    The quick balance option is gone in the new version. I want it back. Remove the goal feature too because every time I check my balance, I have to log in and that's what I see first. The old app was better. This one isn't an upgrade at all. Also, Serve customer service is terrible. Calls aren't answered or the automated system is confusing. But hey, they already have my money since it's a prepaid card.

    The thing that bothers me is that when you get a refund, you have to wait exactly 8 days without any exceptions. Serve should really fix this. I'm spreading the word to everyone. Other people receive their refunds in 3-5 days at most.

    I uninstalled and installed the app again just to give it a 1-star rating. I use Amex Bluebird as well. The fingerprint feature isn't working in either app! I talked to a real person, and they dared imply that it's my device's fault. My phone is new!! Pay attention to your customers and resolve this issue! We can't all be mistaken about the fingerprint feature not working!
