If the device's OS version is less than Android 6.0, you may not be able to use the app's features properly, so please check the possibility of OS update and update to Android 6.0 or higher.

About SmilePay

1. SmilePay can be used at various online/offline merchants such as Gmarket/G9, Auction, SPC, Aladdin, Market Curly, and Mandam Korea.

    It is a simple payment service.

2. The SmilePay service supports accessibility for screen reader users.

3. On the credit card information entry screen, press CTRL + Shift + F12 to release the virtual cursor and proceed with entering your information.

    More information is covered in the 'Enter Card Information' section of the Payment Method Registration Manual.

4. This manual is designed to help you conveniently register information for credit/debit card and account simple payment to use the SmilePay service using SenseReader.

5. The version of SenseReader used in this manual is 7.5 and the browser is Chrome.

6. In order to use SmilePay's services, you must be registered as a member of SmilePay.

    Even if you are registered as a member of Gmarket or Auction, if you are not registered as a member of SmilePay, you need to proceed with this separately.

7. With an NVDA screen reader, you can get a little more detail related to accessibility, such as selection, zoom, and information within a web page.

User Guide

Login

When you access SmilePay, you will see several banners related to service introduction, a list of merchants that can be used online/offline, My Page, Menus and contents such as SmilePay registration will be displayed.

1. Press the My Page button. This will move the focus of the keyboard to the frame area corresponding to My Page.

    However, the focus of the virtual cursor supported by SenseReader is not synchronized, so the focus stays on the My Page button.

    Press CTRL + Shift + F11 to refresh the virtual cursor. This will correctly shift the focus to the My Page frame.

2. Press the Tab key to enter your login information in the ID and password field, and press Enter.

Consultation

1. If you have entered your smile ID information, you can log in immediately, but if you have entered your Gmarket or Auction ID, you will be prompted to select which service ID you entered, so you can complete the login by selecting the service you entered. When you enter your ID information in the form of an e-mail, it is considered as a smile login, and when you enter only your ID, it is considered a Gmarket or Auction login.

2. If you are not registered as a SmilePay member when you log in with your Gmarket or Auction ID, you will see a pop-up related to using SmilePay and you can proceed with SmilePay membership registration.

3. Card registration, simple payment password setting, etc., change the content within the My Page frame, so when the page is changed, only the My Page frame is changed. Therefore, if the virtual cursor focus is outside of the My Page frame and is located at the beginning of the document, press f to navigate to the My Page frame.
