e-WUT is a smart announcement app that enables effective notice delivery and smooth communication for schools, businesses, organizations, apartments, and public institutions.

You can use the app after completing the application process.

If I have multiple children, how do I sign up when I go to a school (institution) or transfer school?

    1) After installing the app, you can register and use multiple organizations with a single membership registration.

    2) The list of institutional accounts that the member has joined is 1. You can check it in [Institution List].

    3) In the [List of Institutions], click 2. Click on the name of the institution to go to that institution. In the smartphone app, at the bottom of the organization name, the currently received notification 3. The number of unopened/unreplied is displayed and 4.allows you to see the full alerts you received from your institution.

    4) 5 at the top.You can join another organization by joining a new organization.

    5) If you are invited, you will automatically see a waiting list with the name of the invited organization.

▶ New sign-ups for members using the eAlert app for the first time

1. Find an institution: Enter the name of the school in the search bar, select the school from the search results, and click the Next button.

※ Sometimes there is a school with the same name, so please choose it correctly.

2. Search for your child's name: Enter your child's name in the search bar, select it from the search results, and tap the Next button.

3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions: ※ After checking the terms and conditions, check the box in front of I agree at the bottom.

4. Select Additional Information: Do not edit the student information in the basic information. Under More information, select a family relationship with your child, and then click the Join button.

5. Completion of Membership in the Organization: Once the request for membership is completed, the confirmation page of the completion of the membership will appear. If you have an additional child who needs to register as a multi-child parent, click the Add New Organization button and proceed with the same method to join the institution.

    1) If you have multiple children enrolled in a school, you need to click Add New Institution to join the number of children.

    6) If you are a parent and working at a school, you can search for the school you want to join in the same way, and then search for your name on the list to join.

    7) You can check all the affiliated institutions by clicking on the list of institutions.
