    Your card is registered on Google Pay, but a menu saying "Start using Google Pay" is showing up. Is it because you registered it through a different method than Sezon Portal?

    It's tough to get in touch with a real person through email, phone or at the service counter. As someone who doesn't speak Japanese, I have a hard time figuring out how to use the system and website.

    When trying to exchange points and verify my identity through my phone number, the app suddenly closes. It seems like I can never complete the verification process. Does this mean that I won't be able to verify my identity through this app on a device where my phone number is registered?

    Imagine this - suddenly, without any warning, you can't access something unless you update it. How inconvenient! They tell you to restart your device if you can't update, but even after doing so, you still can't access it. It's just terrible. And to top it all off, after updating, it becomes even more difficult to use.
