Activate the Prime Video option via the Box
If you are an SFR Box customer and you have either the Plus decoder, the SFR Box 8 TV or the THD 4K box, you can activate the option from the Prime Video application in the home menu or by going to channel 67 on your TV Box (channel only available on the SFR Box 8 TV and the THD 4K box).
You are already a Prime customer
On the application, identify yourself and enter your credentials;
Once this is done, you can validate the SFR offer proposed.
You don't have a Prime account
You must first create your account on the Prime Video website;
To do this, go to www.primeVideo.com/mytv and once the account is created, enter the code displayed on your television;
As soon as the equipment is registered, you can validate the SFR offer proposed.

SFR Customer Area
After going to the SFR Customer Area and authenticating yourself, click on My Offer and my Equipment ;
Select Add options ;
Once in the selection menu, choose TV Channels and Services then the Prime option and confirm.
SFR & Me application
When you find yourself in the SFR & Moi application, go to the My offer section ;
Click Add Options ;
Select the TV Channels and Services section and then the Prime option .
Depending on the path you choose, you can then activate the option by clicking on the link sent to you, either in the confirmation email or by going to the following web address: https://s.sfr.fr/amazon . You will then just have to follow the instructions to be able to enjoy Prime with complete peace of mind.
What SFR offers with Prime Video?
Currently, SFR is offering Box customers one month free if you subscribe to Prime and the Family Package. The option then increases to €6.99 per month, with no commitment.
