ShopRite - Grocery list & coupons

This app is awesome when it works properly. Most of the time, though, things don't load or take forever to load. It's frustrating. Finally adding everything to my cart takes way longer than it should. Then, I can't even reserve a time slot. This app has so many problems. If I didn't dislike going to the store, I wouldn't even try using it. Please fix these constant issues!

This app is a bit chunky and slow, but it's pretty good at sorting out coupons and weekly deals. However, the recent update messed up the "recipe" part of the app. Before, I got meal recommendations based on what I had in my cart, but now it's all random recipes without any categories. Please bring back the old recipe section so I can plan my meals easily!

This grocery store app is amazing! It helps you keep track of your total and lets you add more items while you're in the store. The best part is that it gives you a list organized by where to find each item in the store. And the digital coupons are instantly available, unlike other stores where you have to wait for them to load.

I had just gotten used to the old version, and this one is even worse! I used to be able to email my list, which was so helpful. This new app is terrible. It loads in a circle shape, which is not practical on a phone. I can't email the list anymore, so my husband can't help with the shopping. And when adding items, I have to select each one individually instead of entering a quantity. Now the website has changed too, it's pushing me to create a list for shopping from home, which I don't need. The old app and website were definitely better.

Regular grocery shoppers didn't influence the recent update. The original shopping experience wasn't great, but this new one is much worse. Searching for items is too difficult and confusing. Checking out is a hassle. The navigation is unpredictable, and Google Pay doesn't work. I'll shop at another store until they consult real customers to improve the system.

The new update looks better, but it has too many bugs. First, things don't load quickly or not at all. Second, when adding to the shopping list, the price shows $0.00. Lastly, the shopping list doesn't save when you leave the app. I have to switch to another app for my list - so frustrating! Either go back to the old app or fix these bugs.

The app is easy to use and I like it a lot. There are always awesome sales on it. The only issue is that sometimes the digital coupons don't activate right away when you add them to your account. Twice, I had digital coupons for items but they didn't ring up at the sale price when I paid because of a delay between adding the coupon and using it.

The layout got updated and now it looks terrible. Some new features were added but they don't even work properly. It doesn't remember my login details like before. When I try to add coupons, it always gives an error. What's the use of shopping here if things don't work right? I liked ShopRite better because their app was awesome. But now it's so bad and full of glitches. The seamless circular view is gone, replaced by a basic scrolling feature which isn't smooth.

Opening the App to shop is annoying because I always have to reserve a delivery time first. Then, I shop, try to use my digital coupons, check the sale paper and right before I checkout, I lose my spot. It's really frustrating! There's never enough time. The App can be confusing. I had enough for a free ham, but they wouldn't give it to me without a receipt.

In February, I only gave the app one star because it was all over the place. But it seems like they finally found someone who knows what they're doing because now it's definitely five stars. It's much easier to use and I haven't encountered any issues so far. Checking out is now simple and quick. Great job! Just leave it as it is, no need for extra features. It's just about shopping and paying. Thank you for fixing it.
