How do the general mechanics of the game work?

Each game consists of 16 questions. In each question, the player will have 45 seconds to choose the correct alternative. The questions are classified into four levels of difficulty. If the player does not answer the question before the time runs out, he will have the same score achieved when he decides to "stop".
