Shukran - Invoice splitting app

The customer service was really bad. I wanted to log in using my mobile number, but it kept saying it was wrong. I tried to get help by sending a message, but never heard back.

You put in your number, but it says it's wrong. Even if you try different formats, it still can't find your number. Kudos to the IT person who created this app.

The service team is really amazing. I had a small issue with linking my Shukran account to apps, but they replied quickly and were very helpful. It's nice to save money on purchases and use it later. I like this app. I was surprised that my points are always added, so I'll check after every purchase.

There's a problem with the app. I've tried putting in my phone number a few times, the same one connected to my shukran card, but I haven't received any OTP.

Your app is terrible! I can't even continue after putting in my email and phone number.

Oh no, I fell into a hole! I wanted to sign up for the app, but it's not letting me access my account when I'm in-store or add purchases to earn points. It feels like a scam. To add to that, I mistakenly created another account with the wrong email address 😕 and now I can't even delete it. Now, someone else is stuck receiving unwanted newsletters from Shukran.
