    Voicemail forwarding is off and the setting doesn't function properly. Despite going through all troubleshooting steps, calls still go directly to voicemail. I have the latest update installed. It was working fine for a month, so I even printed business cards and did some advertising, but then it suddenly stopped. It's been a big inconvenience. All attempts to fix it have been unsuccessful. I recommend staying away from this.

    Unable to do phone calls, can only text. Sideline app misleading about making calls. Don't spend money, use free texting apps instead of paying $10 monthly for false promise of calling.

    I've been using Sideline for a while. I could easily call back from voicemail by tapping the phone icon before, but now it just flashes and goes back to the main screen. It's inconvenient because without the caller's number in the voicemail, it's impossible to return the call. The incoming number doesn't display, instead it just shows "Sideline call." Even checking the recent calls list, the call isn't there. 😑

    This app is amazing. It works perfectly every time and the audio quality is just like a regular phone call. When I call my girl who's in jail from an out-of-state number, it costs only 21 cents per minute with no extra charges. But if I use a local number, it would cost a staggering $17 for just a 15-minute call. This app is invaluable to me because it will save me a fortune over the next 9 months while she's incarcerated. I have tried multiple texting and calling apps on my phone, but this one is definitely the top choice.

    I really like this app. It's great to have a second phone that works well without actually having to carry one around. The separate texts, tones, and voicemail are all fantastic features. I also appreciate the auto text reply for missed calls, helps me stay connected with my clients. One thing I wish they would add is an easier way to clean up my conversation box. Being able to multi-select and delete would be perfect.

    I had a problem when trying to register for a personal account. I used my phone number, which is clearly associated with the phone I am using, but it didn't work. Strangely, when I tried using the other phone on my plan, it started to work. However, since that phone isn't mine, I decided not to finish the registration. I couldn't find any information on how to contact support or an FAQ that might explain this issue. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one because others have said that the app is good. But right now, it's not usable for me.

    The caller ID on my phone app doesn't always show the right information - either the name, the number, or both. Andrea from Pinger support has been helping me for a few weeks but hasn't fixed it yet. I paid for this app, so I expect better. It's been over two months, and they still haven’t resolved it. They keep asking for the same info and suggesting solutions that don't work. Honestly, they seem clueless about how to fix it. My advice: avoid Sideline and anything from Pinger. I'd rate it zero stars if I could.
