The app was faster before you updated it. Now it's slower when opening and tapping on things like packages. It takes too long to respond after we tap. Please make the app faster like it was in the old version.

Jazz is the best service. I had Telenor sim before, but it was not as helpful, even for emergency calls. Jazz saved my business by allowing me to make an international call, which Telenor could not do. If I stuck with Telenor, my business would have suffered. I threw away my Telenor sim and got Jazz sims for my entire family. Jazz, keep up the good work. Thank you for your services. You are the pride of Pakistan.

It's been over 30 minutes since I recharged, but the app still doesn't show my balance and I can't activate a package. So frustrating!

It would be great if you could add more numbers to the list, maybe at least 10. That way we can manage several number accounts easily wherever we go.

My account has been hacked, and the hacker is subscribing to bundles and using up my balance. Jazz should have taken precautions against this. They make billions every year, yet their app is so insecure without a logout option. This is the result of using their app. Thanks, jazz.

You have the freedom to choose different packages like Internet, text or call. You can monitor when your package expires and manage everything easily. Even though I'm abroad, I can keep an eye on my mom's internet usage and easily manage her network needs. This app has made me very satisfied. Thank you Jazz World! ❤️

The font color in the new Jazz World app is dull and the writing appears blurry, making it necessary to wear glasses in order to see it. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Every time I try to use the app, I get a message saying there's a communication problem. I've complained multiple times but haven't received any response. In contrast, when I had an issue with my Ufone connection, they promptly resolved it and even followed up with a feedback call. It's frustrating to see Jazz, which was once reliable, now having so many problems. This is why I'm giving it just one star - Google shouldn't allow such a subpar app on their store.

The application is good and responsive. But, there are two issues that need to be fixed. Firstly, the design customized package feature of Jazz is great, but there are some technical problems with it. After subscribing, we can't make calls. We reported this issue to the helpline, but nothing happened. Secondly, getting help from customer support is really difficult. It should be easy to reach an agent quickly.
