How do I setup my vehicle?

You need to navigate to Vehicles screen and add a vehicle. That's it. The odometer value for this vehicle will be picked up from the first fill up you make for the vehicle in Simply Auto.

How can I switch to kilometers, litres and other metric units?

To change the units from imperial to metric or vice versa, you need to navigate to Settings (on the main menu) and select the unit of choice for Distance, Volume and Consumption.

How can I setup a Reminder?

Reminders can be setup for recurring services and expenses. To make a service or expense recurring, hold (long click) the service or expense name and check the 'Recurring' box.You need to be on the 'Reminders' screen to setup reminders. Clicking the service or expense name will take you to the reminder setup page for that particular service or expense. Reminders can be set by distance or time or both.

Can I share data instantly with other drivers?

If you still have the data with you, you can enter back dated fill ups. In case you do not have data on the missed fill up, there is a Missed Fill Ups options. You need to go the Customize Screen (the gear icon) in the top right corner of the 'Add Fill Up' screen and select to show 'Missed Fill Ups' under 'Select Fields to be Displayed'. This will enable the option on the Add Fill Up screen. Use this option when filling up after the missed fill up.

How is Google Drive backup different from signing into Cloud?

Signing into cloud backs up your data instantly and automatically whenever you make a change on your phone, whereas Google Drive backup has to be done manually. Signing into cloud backs up your data on the Simply Auto cloud server where we archive data weekly, whereas Google Drive backup backs up data on your personal Google Drive account. Signing into cloud also lets you use other cloud enabled features such as syncing data with multiple devices and drivers and accessing data on the web. This is not possible with Google Drive backups.
