Why does Singapore Airlines charge a fee for bookings paid with credit cards?

Can PPS Club members earn KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards as well? 

No, KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards are applicable to KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite members only. PPS Club members can earn exclusive PPS Rewards, based on their accrued PPS Value in their current membership year.

Are the KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards transferable? 

KrisFlyer Milestone Rewards cannot be transferred. However, you can use the Short-haul Advance Upgrade and Premium Economy Advance Upgrade rewards for bookings for your redemption nominees.

I have misplaced the promo code for KrisShop. Can I request for a new promo code? 

You can retrieve the promo code from “Messages”. Simply log into your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com or via your SingaporeAir mobile app and click on the “Messages” tab to retrieve the relevant reward message.

KrisShop promo codes that have expired cannot be re-issued.
