This app is getting worse and worse. It looks so complicated and takes ages after putting the items in the search bar. Just turn it back as it used to be or develop as simple as possible.

Most racists application! I live in Korea for 10 years and have residency here, paying same taxes as korean citizens but event and discounts apparently not available for foreigners anymore! Great work Shilla! 

The use of some pages on the web page was restricted, so I had no choice but to install the app, but now the app does not allow me to log in with my SNS ID, so it connects me to the web page to log in. I cannot use an alternative app. I'm using it online to purchase duty-free products more easily, but I'm more hesitant about purchasing it... You designed the app in a variety of ways, but it's a shame that it's useless because you can't use it.

There are too many features, coupons, discounts, events, etc., so the most important login flow is not on the main screen. In addition, there were too many minor errors, such as errors in entering passport numbers. There are so many functions included that it's almost impossible to track where the error occurs.. It's an app that clearly shows that the designers/developers are cleaning up the mess in the planning.. Cheer up.

I can't access it, including the website, and when I finally get in and try to pay, it throws an error at the end and crashes. There are too many menus that can't be clicked, there are so many people waiting that it takes more than 5 minutes to connect, and the problem continues for more than a day... I think they should have done more testing and renewed.
